The Vortex™ Liner Material developed by Kott Koatings is comprised of a plural, Polyurethane/Polyurea,  blended base component with a low viscosity. non-temperature sensitive isocyante catalyst formulation.

This unique, exclusive blend of materials results in an incredibly durable surface coating of extremely high impact resistance and durability normally found in very expensive polyurea blends at 4 to 8 times the cost. High chemical resistance, abrasion resistance and wearability are the qualities of a long lasting industrial coating known as Vortex™.
