Many businesses these days are all about “lip-service”. They say “we stand behind our products”, but don’t define what that means. Or they say, “we’ll get back to you”. then never do. We understand how frustrating this can be; and like you, we are tired of that kind of service.
At Liquid Liners, we strive to make [you], the customer, happy. Have a question/problem? Just ask! We won’t waste your time telling you we can do something we “can’t”. If we don’t have the answer, we’ll work with you to find a viable solution. We stand behind our products! We are fully licensed and insured.
We warranty all our Vortex liner products against product and installation defects.
All Truck Beds are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle to the original purchaser of the liner against peeling, lifting, and cracking. Ultra-violet exposure [sunlight] will cause Vortex liner material [as is the same with any liner material] to fade over time unless it is coated with Vortex Topcoat.
Any damages to the truck liner other than “normal wear and tear” can be easily repaired, at a low cost to the owner. Due to the age/condition of some vehicles, [i.e. rusted/pre-damaged/repainted], some vehicles may not be warranted.
Liquid Liners is operated on a “good-faith” principal.
